Topic board: Halloween

So I made some Pecs I thought would be useful for Halloween.  And also a sign for non verbal trick or treaters. I tried to add some description words in there, for kiddos who are beyond Williams level. Someday he will be there.

Read Build Write!! Dolch Preprimer words

I love these Read... Build... Write... printables from home school creations.  I laminated them and have  made some custom cards for my kids to use with them. I made ones with some of Lily's favorite words like elephant and barnacle (thank you spongebob).  Anyhow I thought I would share some of the sets I made to use with them.

Here is Dolch preprimer level words!  With Pecs!! Some are doubled because I wasn't sure which pec went with it best.  Just pick what you like.

New adapted books, No No Yes Yes and Do Your Ears Hang Low

Today I have two books!!

So connecting with William is hard, I am getting a bit frustrated I admit. So I thought maybe I would try a simple simple book, it only has two words in it.... No and Yes.  Wish me luck.

For Lily I made Do Your Ears Hang Low.  I get all the books we have at the second hand store, we are not rich by any means.  I was so excited to find this one, I loved that song when I was little, and I love mixing reading and singing!!

I decided to add in the No and Yes pecs since there was so much room.

Autumn Themed books! Skeleton Hiccups and Old lady who swallowed some leaves.

I figured I would post these now, I did a couple fall/halloweeny type books.  First is Skeleton Hiccups. I Adore this book!

Remember Right  mouse click on pic, and choose view image to see the full size. Then save it to your computer!

Next I did There was an old lady who swallowed some Leaves. I love the old lady book, but my kiddos get overwhelmed, so I amended this so the repeated phrases aren't in it.  I also printed out this activity kit and made an old lady belly with felt, so my kids can feed her as we read, LOL.  http://omazingkidsllc.com/tag/there-was-an-old-lady-who-swallowed-some-leaves/

HAPPY FALL!
